PANEER BUTTER SAUCE


Ingredients:

  • Paneer - 500 gm

For Sauce: 

  • White Butter - 4tbsp
  • Maida flour - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Garam masalas powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

Wash the paneer and cut into cubes.

In a sauce pan add butter, garlic and chopped onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except paneer cubes and fresh cream)slowly, mixing gently to avoid any lumps and cook for 5 minutes or till the sauce thickens.

Now add paneer cubes and fresh cream, mix it and cook for another 3 minutes.

Serve hot with naan or chapati.
